The Custom Fit Expert course contains 6 simple steps and will be implemented using the following technology and structure with Rhys:

Live weekly video calls - These use 'Zoom' in which Rhys will present each step.
24 hour access to an online training portal giving private access to the modules, exercise templates and recordings of the calls.
A supporting private Facebook Group where weekly Q&A sessions will be hosted to support the learnings for that week and help participants implement the training at their unique venue.

Each step will be conducted in a live weekly video call using 'Zoom' where Rhys will teach for 1 - 1.5 hrs. There will be opportunity to interact and there will be Q&A at the end of each session.

Each live session will take place at 2pm on Tuesday afternoons GMT. Each live call will be recorded and accessible on the online portal at any time from 24hrs afterwards so if a live session is missed it can be watched later.

Each week participants are given helpful exercises to help ensure they implement and absorb the information so they are ready for the following weeks session.

To support participants there is a weekly Q&A Session on Thursdays at 2pm.

You will be able to access the entire course on an online portal for which you will get unique credentials to access.

The relevant module will become available after each weeks session has been completed.

Prep Monday - this will be a day when you follow the instructions to sign up for the Facebook group, Zoom and the training platform.

Module 1 - The CFE Plan - understanding where you are now, where you want to go and how to measure your success

Module 2 - Understand Your Equipment - Talking about the tools you have at your disposal in more depth

Module 3 - Improve Your knowledge - A session where we go deeper into technology and club design features

Module 4 - Implement Your Knowledge - Applying the knowledge in the fitting environment.

Module 5 - Create Your Show - applying everything learned & creating a ‘Performance Fitting’ experience with results!

Module 6 - Engage Your Customers - A focus on how to build engagement with your audience & an intro to my-pro

The results are dependent on the effort and application of the participants. The course has been designed to allow time for the lessons to be learned and applied but if the work is not put in the results will not be as impactful. The actual increase in margin and average sales per person will be different for everyone and is dependent on each participants starting point. The 'double your average sales' line is an approximation taken from comparisons between Eclipse Golf retail numbers versus a facility that provides a 'retail' fitting approach. The increases should not be taken as exact but are pointing towards significant upside in both average retail per person and margin % when the 'Performance' Fitting approach is learned and applied effectively.

My name is Rhys Atkinson. I’ve been a PGA AA Member since 1999 and have specialised in equipment design, fitting and building for 20+ years. I’ve worked with 10 major champions, 100’s of European Tour Players and 1000’s of Club Golfers.

I’ve set up Performance Centres across the world, managed Callaway’s Europe, Middle East and African Custom Fit Operation for 12 years and trained/worked with hundreds of retailers in multiple countries and markets.
